Damaged or proof of fake product: If you received the product damaged or if you have proof from a gemologist that the stone is fake, you have 3 working days to return the item from the date you received it. In this case, it will be free return with no shipping return fees & you will get a full refund on the item.
Please note, natural stones & crystals may have small imperfections or scratches on them, this is not considered a damage as it is normal for natural stones to have these.
Changed your mind about the item? If there are no damaged & you just changed your mind about the item, you have 3 working days to return the item but the shipping fees is non-refundable & you will cover the return shipping fees. Once the item is received, you will get a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
